Yin and Tonic Fire Element is a combined practice of Yin asanas and Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation that focuses on the Heart and Small Intestine Meridians to support digestion and soothe anxiety, nervousness, neck and shoulder tension and insomnia that arise when the fire element is out of balance. 

 

With the purchase of this audio will come an email with a link to the Yin Asana portion video.

The practice is meant to be done in the order of Yin Asanas first and Yoga Nidra Second.
