Self-care action plan

Taking myself to the forest for a keto picnic is one of my favorite self-care activities. 

Nature + healthy fats + dogs off leash = content, peaceful and satiated. 


Do you have a self-care action plan? 

Sometimes in the moment, when we are tired or overwhelmed it can be challenging to expedite a self-care moment. 

Making a list of a handful of self-care activities to choose from that allow for different moods, energy levels and seasons is a great way to consciously craft your self-care and gives you a resource to draw from created just for you by you. 
And that’s who knows you best!
