Adaptogenesis Starter Pack

Products may be returned by you within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase for a full refund less shipping and handling. Product that has been opened or the safety seal tampered with are not eligible for return. 

Adaptogenesis will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please use the contact box on the "Connect" page and include the order number and the reason for the return along with the best way of contacting you.

Please note that you are responsible for getting the product to us. 

Please ensure that you get proof of postage, or tracked delivery as a record of your return. Please also package your return in a manner sufficient to prevent damage in transit.

At this time shipping is only offered in the United States from April 1-December 10 each year since we are out of the country in the winter. 

Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to arrive. We do not ship on weekends. 

There may be the rare occasions that we are traveling and this may delay shipping by a short time. Travel notices will be put up on the store page to indicate these occasions. 

Please contact us within 11 working days from the date you placed your order if it has not yet arrived. Reimbursements are only available if you contact us within this time period. 

Please provide the correct shipping information. Adaptogenesis is not liable for loss resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping info provided by the customer. 

If a package arrives damaged, you must contact Adaptogenesis within 24 hours and provide pictures of the damage to be eligible for a replacement.
